Where the data comes from
Everything here is derived from the 2026HCPCS Level II release published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. HCPCS Level II codes are produced by CMS and are not subject to copyright, so you can use these files in a product, a spreadsheet or a research project. CPT (Level I) codes are a different code set owned by the AMA and are not included.
Use the files as a reference and confirm coverage and payment rules with the payer before you bill. If they save you time, a link back to hcpcsdata is appreciated.
