The project is open source, so you can file directly against the code at github.com/AnasLakhani/hcpcs-data. There are ready-made forms for data corrections, bad search results, bugs and ideas. Filing there is better if you want to follow the fix, or fix it yourself — see the contributors page.
What makes a correction easy to act on
- The code or modifier, exactly —
E0601, not “the CPAP one”. - Which field is wrong: description, coverage status, pricing indicator, a date.
- What it should say instead.
- Where that comes from — a link to cms.gov, or which HCPCS update file.
For anything security-related, please do not post it publicly — the contact page explains the private route.
