Licence

HCPCS Data is open source. The code is MIT licensed, which means you can use it, change it, host it yourself or build something commercial on it, as long as you keep the copyright notice.

What the licence covers

The site's source code: MIT licensed, copyright Anas Lakhani. Fork it, change it, ship it — commercially if you like. Keep the copyright and permission notice, and accept that it comes with no warranty.
The HCPCS code data: Produced by the US federal government and not subject to copyright, so it is free to use with or without this licence. The bulk downloads are yours to take.
CPT codes: Not included and not covered. CPT is a separate code set owned by the American Medical Association.
Contributions: Anything contributed to the project is offered under the same MIT licence. See CONTRIBUTING.md.

A link back to the site is appreciated but not required. Attribution is required only in the sense the licence states: keep the notice in copies of the software.
